Many times I was very upset when I needed to specify a city in Europe on some websites and I had no idea which region it belonged to. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
This is why the only subdivisions present in this database are the U.S. states, Canadian provinces and countries making up the United Kingdom.
In fact, it is very easy to add regions to the database. All you need to do is add a list of regions with unique RegionID's to the Regions table and then allocate the cities of the particular country to these RegionID's.
But do you seriously want the users of your website to browse through administrative divisions in India?
